Abstract

The year 2020 started with the COVID-19 breakout, which brought our lives to a complete halt. For parents of school-aged children, the year 2020 served as a wake-up call. We have all seen life without in-person school and the teachers, day-care providers, after-school instructors, bus drivers, custodians, and other important staff members who keep schools going. Workforces rely on parent workers having a place to take their children as they work, and analysts reported that nearly 10% of economic activity will be lost before schools and day cares reopen last year. However, these reopening discussions often concentrate on the needs of students and parents, with little regard for the needs of educators. Teachers believe their work-life balance and mental health have deteriorated as a result of trying to fulfill unrealistic expectations, despite all the concern about how students and parents have adapted to COVID-19. This article emphasis the strategies for good mental health and also highlights some of the Teachers' Mental Health Tips for Juggling Life as well as Remote Teaching.
