The Importance of Economic Praxeology in the Development of Public Administration in Ukraine

Abstract

The paper provided a theoretical justification for the feasibility of investigating economic praxeology in the development of the public administration system in Ukraine, and a description of economic praxeology is formulated. It is pointed out that economic praxeology is an apology for the free market and individual freedom. It is revealed that the modern state economic policy of Ukraine develops within the framework of the theory of good governance, and the world one – according to the principles of the public choice theory. The analysis is carried out and the estimation of the importance of economic praxeology during the development of the national system of public administration is given. The study takes into account the index of political stability and the absence of violence and (or) terrorism in Ukraine. The issue of establishing the limits of managerial capabilities for the most successful execution of plans for non-long-term action in the public administration system is actualized. The research is based on the systematization of the theory of economics and public administration, which made it possible to apply the methodology of calculating and constructing the production capacity curve to management activity based on the resulting indicators. The benefits of this study are the curves of management opportunities in 2011–2016. In general for the economy of the country, intermediate results of determining the limits of the management capacity curve in Ukraine in 2011–2016. There also had the curve of transformation of the limits of managerial capabilities in the whole for the economy of Ukraine in 2011–2016 is given. According to the results of the study, the probability of existence of missed alternatives in public administration in the economy of Ukraine in 2011–2016 is determined. It is established that the weight of economic praxeology in the current conditions of development of the public administration system in Ukraine is significant and requires further scientific research. The results of the research are interpreted in accordance with the types of irrational behavior of individuals and the sequence of management actions.
