Abstract
The research aims to know the reality of maximizing organizational excellence in the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, by relying on applied foundations. There must be leaders and managers who possess a personality characterized by knowledge, generation of ideas, strength, and how to deal with commitment to business ethics. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities was chosen. In order to identify the reality of applying the dimensions of the research variables (the importance of adhering to business ethics and maximizing organizational excellence), the SPSS program was adopted in analyzing the research methodology.
