Abstract

Internal Communication is fundamental in the management of Corporate Communication and, as such, it is a key element for the creation of an organizational climate favorable to employee satisfaction and motivation. The implementation of new technologies in internal communication tools is a challenge for companies; therefore, this study has, as fundamental objectives, the bibliographic review of the inclusion of new technologies in this field of communication and the development of a comparative analysis of the technological tools that are currently used in companies in order to favor the understanding of the current situation and facilitate its application in the business field.
