Abstract

Effective knowledge management on web-based platforms in many cases relies on the utilization of online analytics tools and their appropriate optimization to enhance website efficiency. The study aims to examine the impact of web analytics tools on knowledge management while exposing their effectiveness. The methodology is based on comparative analysis which emphasizes the dependence of web analytics tools on analytical methods. The study highlights the potential of web analytics tools to help website owners make better decisions Optimizing data evaluation and presentation to increase website effectiveness.
