Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the policy of US President Donald Trump on addressing the Arab region’s issues in the talk programs of foreign Arabic-speaking channels or not influenced by the viewpoint of Arab public opinion leaders, this study is considered one of the survey studies and targeted 250 people in an intentional way, among the Arab public opinion leaders, including academics, media professionals and researchers, of whom 106 responded. Among the most prominent results is that Arab public opinion leaders have taken a neutral stance regarding the impact of Trump's policy on addressing the issues of Arab countries in the two programs, this is even though they consider that the editorial policy of Al Hurra is influenced by Trump's policy in dealing with the issues of Arab countries and is not affected by France 24. The leaders of Arab public opinion believe that the editorial policy of foreign Arabic-speaking channels is policies that are directed according to the policies of their sponsoring countries and are characterized by complete bias in dealing with the issues of Arab countries.
