Abstract

The COVID-19 has caused a huge impact on the global economy, China as the world's second largest economy has also been seriously affected by the slowdown in national economic growth or will lead to a more severe economic situation, has been a number of cities closed to the city, resulting in a serious impact on private enterprises.
