Abstract
The world is currently experiencing difficult times due to the development of the COVID-19 Virus which has now become a pandemic and it is uncertain when it will end. The economy has been greatly affected by the development of this virus. Indonesia's tourism sector is one of the economic support sectors most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The tourism industry, especially the hotel business, has been the worst hit by the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine what changes are made by tourism excecuntant to survive this pandemic situation with a sample of PT. Bukit Uluwatu Vila Tbk. (BUVA) which is one of the tourism operators in the hospitality sector with the ownership of Hotel Alila Ubud, Alila SCBD, Alila Manggis and Alila Villas Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative research by conducting literacy studies. The result of this research is that it can be seen the impact of the pandemic on the changes that occur in the company.
