Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design, implement and evaluate the results of a technology-assisted classroom guidance program aimed at meeting the guidance needs of students. This study was realized in two stages, namely program development and program evaluation. The study group of the research was formed by 9th grade students enrolled at vocational and technical Anatolian high school in Ankara. The experimental process stage of the study involved application of technology-assisted classroom guidance program, whereas the control group was offered 15 activities of the existing classroom guidance program for the 15 weeks of the semester. Following the experimental process, it was found out that technology-assisted classroom guidance program was effective in meeting the guidance needs of the students in the experimental group.
