Learn more.Copy URL In Chen et al,1 the volume averaged scalar shear stresses (SSS) of the simulated CentriMag with the pressure heads of 150 and 350 mmHg were incorrect. The values should be ‘7.28’ and ‘11.16’ Pa instead of ‘72.8’ and ‘111.6’ Pa, thus the corresponding values on the following pages should be corrected. On page E208, the last sentence of Section 3.3 should read “The volume-weighted average SSS values were 5.7, 7.28, and 11.16 Pa for Loop 1, Loop 2, and Loop 3, respectively.” In Figure 6(B) on page E209, the average SSS for second and third figures. Below is the updated figure. In Figure 7 on page E209, the values of Average SSS (Pa) have been changed to correctly plot 7.28 and 11.16 Pa in A and B, respectively. Below is the updated figure. In Table 1 on page E210, the values in column ‘Averaged SSS’ should be corrected to ‘0.7465’, ‘0.8252’, ‘0.9991’, ‘0.9983’, ‘0.9965’, and ‘0.7787’. Below is the correct table.
