Abstract
The Impact of Principal on Teacher Motivation in Secondary Schools" by Amizur Nachshoni delves into the significant influence that principals wield in fostering teacher motivation within the Israeli educational setting. This research study focuses on the perceptions and practices of principals in arousing teacher motivation, as well as the resulting impact on the overall school environment.
