Abstract

The imaging resolution of conventional lenses is limited by diffraction. Hyperlens taking a form of metamaterial have the ability to overcome the diffraction barrier. In this paper, the impact of structure parameters of hyperlens including the mental medium parameters ,curvature radius, layer number, and thickness of layer, on sub-diffraction imaging is simulated and analyzed. The results can be used in optimal design of hyperlens and to improve resolution of sub-diffraction imaging.
