Abstract
The goal of this research is to evaluate the influence of school organizational culture and leadership on the success of teachers. This comprehensive analysis was done at Muara Sugihan State High School in the sub-district. The data collection method used a questionnaire administered to a sample of 59 teachers. The goal of this research is to evaluate the influence of school organizational culture and leadership on the success of teachers. This comprehensive analysis was done at Muara Sugihan State High School in the sub-district. The data were collected using a questionnaire administered to a sample of 59 teachers. The findings of this analysis find 1) there is a positive and significant impact of the school organizational culture on the performance of teachers in the Muara Sugihan District; 2) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal leadership on the performance of teachers in the Muara Sugihan District; 3) there is a positive impact on the success of teachers in the Muara Sugihan District between the ethos of the school community and the leadership of the principal. This paper provides different finding from other paper where the school tends to have good teacher's performance, they should have good organizational culture and principal leadership.
