Abstract

Objective: Extrauterine disease is an important prognostic factor in endometrial cancer; however, the approach to lymph node evaluation varies widely, particularly in early-stage and low-grade disease. The primary objective is to analyze the impact of grade and lymph node status on overall survival (OS) with the hypothesis that nodal status will not have a negative impact on OS in low-grade disease.
