Abstract

Today, knowledge and intellectual capital of organizations is one of the main advantages of competition and can be stated that knowledge is the heart of the global economy. However, most organizations and companies are aware of the power of knowledge but few of them capable of efficient knowledge management and controlling in order to create value. In this paper an attempts has been made to examine the implementation steps of knowledge management system in strength of material laboratory and the success of this system on quality of laboratory test results are presented. The results of this study indicate that the consideration of trust in the transfer and sharing of knowledge and information, system of knowledge management in addition to improving the accuracy and precision of laboratory test results on the efficiency of the process and strengthen the competitive advantage of laboratory testing services in the target market is effective.
