Abstract

AbstractThe success of supply chain management (SCM) depends on timely and accurate information sharing. Understanding the factors contributing to the quality and timeliness of information sharing would help supply chain professionals and practitioners. This study investigated whether top management support and information technology (IT) enablers positively influence information sharing and information quality in the supply chain activities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Karachi, Pakistan. Based on the data collected from 534 respondents, multivariate regression analysis was performed using SPSS software.
