Abstract
Given the potential influence of inter-relationship process management on outsourcing success in outsourcing cooperation, and discussed the issue that outsourcing vendor can reach outsourcing success through inter-organizational process management. we adopt process theory to attempt to investigate the effect of inter-organizational relationship process management on supplier outsourcing success from vendor's perspective, grounded in available literature on outsourcing relationship and process theory as foundation, we provide empirical evidence using SEM methods to test the model, and find that relationship maintenance, continuous interaction and mutual adjustment can improve supplier's performance. The results also indicate that outsourcing supplier make actively inter-organizational relationship process management, they are capable of improving outsourcing success. The conclusion has great significance on inter-organizational relationship process management of outsourcing practice and outsourcing success.
