Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of high -quality nursing service on knee joint recovery and nursing satisfaction for the patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 130 cases with tibial plateau fractures were divided into two groups , including the observation group of 65 patients with high -quality nursing care measures and the control group of 65 patients with routine care meas-ures.Results The recovery of knee function in patients with good rate of 90.8% was significantly higher than that in the control group . There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =5.12 , P〈0.05 ) .In the observation group nursing satisfaction included atti-tudes of nurses , nursing level , health education and psychological care were respectively 98.5%, 100%, 96.9%and 100%, all were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Hospitalization time in the obser-vation group was (20.18 ±2.04) d, while in the control group it was (29.84 ±2.89) d, there was statistically significant difference be-tween the two groups ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions High-quality nursing measures can effectively improve the patient's knee function recov-ery to some extent and shorten the patient's hospital stay , and it is worthy of clinical application.
