Abstract
تهدف عوامل النجاح إلى تزويد المنظمات كثيفة المعرفة لإدارة أفضل لقيمتها المعرفية. هناك طرق متعددة للحصول على معرفة المنظمة وإتاحتها لجميع أعضائها بينما ليس من السهل التقاط / مشاركة المعرفة الضمنية بين أصحاب المصلحة. كان الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو التحقيق في تأثير عوامل النجاح على تطوير البرمجيات الداخلية للحفاظ على المعرفة الضمنية. أجرينا دراسة استقصائية لدراسة تأثير هذه العوامل الخمسة على مشاركة المعرفة الضمنية بين المطورين في بيئة تطوير البرمجيات الداخلية. تستكشف هذه الورقة أولاً تعريف المعرفة وتقدم أنواع المعرفة التي هي معرفة صريحة وضمنية. نناقش مفهوم تطوير البرامج الداخلي الذي قد تحتاج فيه المنظمات غير التابعة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى تطوير برامجها الخاصة داخليًا دون الحاجة إلى وجود مؤسسة تطوير برامج تابعة لجهة خارجية. لمشاركة المعرفة الضمنية ، أخذنا في الاعتبار أربعة عوامل تمت مراجعتها في أبحاث أخرى وأضفنا إليها البرمجة الزوجية كممارسة. دراسة حالة بنك محلي في فلسطين. بناءً على النتائج التي توصلنا إليها ، تم تأكيد فرضية التأثير الإيجابي لعوامل النجاح على عملية تبادل المعرفة.

Summary
It is important to distinguish between data, information and knowledge. Data is discrete, it is the essential raw material used to create information. Data become information when the meaning is added, has meaningful structures. Knowledge is the interpretation of information within its context. It is the result of perception, learning and reasoning. Knowledge assists the organization to make decisions and take effective actions to achieve their businesses. There are two types of knowledge based on Polanyi’s definition [1], namely explicit and tacit knowledge[2]
