Abstract

St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.) flowers growing on the territory of the Republic of Belarus in the Minsk region contain 0.24195% hypericin. The data of these studies provide prerequisites for the development of new objects from St. John's wort as a source of hypericin for medical use. The cultivation area of this object is also proposed for further harvesting.
