Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of disease management and quality of life of self-management skills training for patients with lupus nephritis. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with lupus nephritis in this hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases of each group.The control group were applicated with routine care management, while the observation group were implemented with self-management skills training.The self-care ability scale and quality of life of observation group were evaluated with self-care ability scale and comprehensive assessment questionnaire (GQOLI-74). Results The levels of symptom management, emotional management, self-efficacy, information management and daily life management and other aspects of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The levels of material life, social function, physical function, heart function and quality of life scores of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Self-management programs can improve lupus nephritis patients with disease management, and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
