Abstract

Embryo selection is a critical component of successful infertility treatment. With the development of robust blastocyst culture, biopsy and vitrification techniques, comprehensive chromosome screening (CCS) is being applied for embryo selection with significant increases in live birth rates following a euploid blastocyst transfer. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between D5 blastocyst morphology, chromosome constitution, and the impact on embryo selection.
