Abstract
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the demand of urban development for talents with relevant technical and theoretical knowledge is constantly increasing, which is of great significance for the promotion of scientific and technological progress and social development. This study through the construction of China city talent vitality evaluation index system, analysis of Luoyang, Ningbo, Wuhu city talent vitality level, summarizes the Chinese city talent development and deficiencies, from the talent growth, talent competitiveness, talent entrepreneurship, talent mobility and talent innovation in the practice of Chinese city talent strategy logic thinking.
