THE IMAGE OF EVERYDAY LIFE IN THE WOMEN'S AND MEN'S DIARIES OF THE MOSCOW ARISTOCRACY IN THE FIRST THIRD OF THE XIX CENTURY

Abstract

Based on the diaries of the first third of the XIX century, the main manifestations of the daily life of the Moscow aristocracy of this period, recorded in daily records, are considered. Despite a certain difference between men's and women's diaries, there is one undoubted similarity that allows them to be combined into a single block of sources of personal origin, for the analysis and reconstruction of the image of everyday life of a small social group – the Moscow aristocracy.
