Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The multipotent spermatogonial stem cell (mSSC) lines would be raised as a new candidate for personal based cell source of regenerate medicine. But, the mechanism of dedifferentiation of SSCs was not well understood. Recently, we established two mSSC lines from SSCs of neonatal ICR mice. During dedifferentiation, we found novel type clumps of SSC which were presumed to be dedifferentiating state cells of SSC. So, we try to indentify and characterize these novel type cells during dedifferentiation from SSCs to mSSCs.
