Abstract

In the modern world, there is a cardinal “breaking” of the existing strategies for the interaction of various subjects, a violation of the old foundations. The meta-project called "globalization" is less and less relevant, it needs to be replaced by a more adequate, ideological, theoretical and practical basis, in the context of modern international relations. One of such projects recently is Eurasianism. However, there are factors that have acted as constraints on the ways of its development and distribution. Based on a comparative historical analysis, an attempt is made in the article to identify the potential of Eurasianism for development in new socio-cultural conditions. The authors indicate the conditions and factors under which this becomes possible. On the basis of a theoretical historical and philosophical analysis, it was concluded that there are several groups of factors that today hinder the development of neo-Eurasianism. It is concluded that the solution of the identified factors-dilemmas is an inevitable condition for the formation of Eurasianism as a new meta-project of postmodernity.
