Abstract

The International Communication Association (ICA) Communication audit provides an organization with advance information that may prevent major breakdowns. The ICA Communication Audit process, including goals, products, instruments, audit logistics and timetable, feedback of results and follow-up, and costs are presented as is the current status of the Audit, including audits conducted to date. The authors then make an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the ICA Communication Audit.
