Abstract

The Heart rate variability(HRV) reflects the synthetical function of the parasympathetic-sympathetic nerve to adjust and control the heart and blood system, and it is an important index to character the heart and blood system, and it is valuable to diagose heart and blood disease in clinical diagnosis. The complexity is a valuable parameter to represent the information contained in a time series. The feasibility of using the nonlinear dynamics parameters to analysize the HRV is verified and the relationship between these parameters and the heart's autonomic nervous system is discussed. The conclusions are presented as follows: After dosing Atropine, the Kolmogorov complexity index is reduced.;After dosing Beta loc, the Kolmogorov complexity index is tended towards increase. the Kolmogorov complexity can be used to analysize the the clinical HRV signal and the acting states of the vagus nerve and the sympathetic nerve can be characterized.
