Abstract
The article deals with organizational and legal issues of archival construction in the Russian abroad. Archives (Russian foreign history archive, Don and Kuban Cossack archives and etc.) take of the most important places in the system of history and cultural activities of Russian emigration. One of the most valuable components of cultural heritage of Russian emigration is the Russian collections of foreign archives, libraries and cultural centers which is still be largely unreclaimed.
