Abstract
Abstract: The article deals with the people’s uprisings, which played an important role in Uzbek historiography, in particular, the uprising against the unjust verdict in Ferghana region on August 31, 1898, its origin, historical circumstances, the participants scientifically analyzed of the uprising using materials from the National Archives of Uzbekistan.
