Abstract
目的 了解市小学生健康饮食知识的知晓程度和健康相关行为形成情况,提出合理的建议和干预策略. 方法 由我所自行编印调查表,对小学3-5年级学生进行营养知识、态度及饮食行为调查. 结果 干预前知识知晓率为74.3%,健康行为形成率为62.7%,干预后分别上升为知识知晓率为93.5%,健康行为形成率为69.1%. 结论 健康教育能有效提高小学生饮食知识的知晓率进而转变健康饮食行为。
