Abstract

By comparing the differences between several CAT in the test system for electro-hydraulic servo valve, we present a overall design of automatic test system based on virtual instrument technology. For requirements of the different indicators to the test of dynamic and static performance and solving practical engineering problems of actuator drift, we design a current source controlled by program to set actuator in the zero position. The CAT system for electro-hydraulic servo valve provides good performance in the implementation of manufacturing.
