Abstract

The gear transmission system is the most widely used transmission system and plays an important role in various fields. In order to reduce the serious consequences caused by sudden gear failure, a reliability model based on the life parameters of gear contact and bending strength through the theory and method of reliability robustness is established, and takes into account the inevitable strength degradation factors. Therefore, the gradual reliability of the gear is predicted more accurately. In addation, the sensitivity analysis of the parameters that affect the life of the gear is provided, which is of great significance to the optimal design of gears. It is concluded that, firstly, the failure mode and gradual reliability model of the gear are obtained under the corresponding working conditions; Secondly, the reliability model considering the strength degradation is more in line with the actual situation; Thirdly, the sensitivity analysis can find the sensitive design parameters of the gear, which has important engineering guidance significance for improving the overall reliability of the gear system, ensuring its working efficiency and reducing production costs.
