Abstract

It is shown that the Golitsyn rule of the fastest reaction can be used in justification of the empirical dependence of the geomagnetic field strength on the thermal convection intensity in the Earth’s liquid core (derived by some authors from numerical simulation of a convective dynamo) for systems described in terms of hydrodynamics.
