Abstract
On the basis of well-preserved specimens, Dragastan (1999) emended the diagnosis of the genus Zergabriella Granier (1989), introduced a new species ascrided to the same genus, and finally described two new taxa, a genus and its type-species, namely Pseudosalpingoporella cernavodensis n.gen. n. sp. As demontrated by tri-dimensional reconstructions, all specimens belong to the same species Zergabriella embergeri and the generic and specific emendations are null and void.
