Abstract
Descriptions and synonymy are given for 17 species native to SE Asia, 7 of which are described for the first time: G. abbreviata, G. batorensis, G. brassii, G. fulva, G. grandifolia, G. steenisii and G. sundaica; 2 new combinations are made: G. drymophilus (Muell.) F. G. Davies and G. vidaliana Elmer var. apoense (Elm.) F. G. Davies; 2 new varieties are published: G. procumbens var. annua and G. aurantiaca var. parviflora. A short account of morphology, uses and distribution for the whole genus is included.
