The Generation Theory of Network Governance and Mechanism Research

Abstract

As a new form of governance, the network governance, has increasingly caused extensive concern of the academe and business. Compared with market governance and hierarchical governance, network governance start to form a new path and mechanism which creat value based on their own economic subject. And gradually become the suitable basis in the strategic transformation of globalization challenges. This paper will take network organization form as the research background, try to explore the theory, structure and mechanism of network governance, etc. In reference to the basis of the theory of network governance, the article first to analysis the formation theory of network governance, then summarizes the deficiency of the current network governance theory and puts forward the comprehensive explanation of network governance theory, and then discusses the mechanism of network governance, finally, prospects for the future of network governance research in depth.
