Abstract
In the context of the accelerating quest in the world to derive new distributions; some researchers have suggested methods for deriving new distributions. Many researchers have relied these methods and derived other distributions to better represent the data. We introduce here new distribution named the generalized gamma- generalized gamma distribution (GG-GGD). Some properties of new distribution are derived. These properties are the reliability and hazard functions, rth raw moments, stress-strength reliability, Shannon entropy and relative entropy.
