Abstract

The γ-radiation following the decay of 112Ag has been studied with a Ge(Li) detector. A total of 118 γ-rays was observed. Gamma-gamma coincidence measurements have been performed with Ge(Li)-Ge(Li) and Ge(Li)-NaI(Tl) detectors. A decay scheme is proposed which shows that 31 excited states of 112Cd are populated following theβ-decay of 112Ag. Spin and parity assignment for the energy levels of 112Cd are made.
