Abstract
A simple yet effective abdominal wall retractor for use in endoscopic surgery is described. It has been used in laparoscopic herniorrhaphy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the morbidly obese, and lysis of abdominal wall adhesions, and to control abdominal wall bleeding.
