Abstract
In this paper, I will attempt to present a set of solutions to the issues related to the poor quality of legal writing. They will be focused around the benefits of online legal short form. In the first part, I will discuss the challenges posed by the information overload that we experience. I will also address the ongoing criticisms of law reviews and legalese. In the second part, I will evaluate the usefulness of abstracts and summaries. Finally, in the third part I will propose solutions, which on the immediate level will deal with legal writing itself, but also will have broader positive implications to the bar and other consumers of legal information.
