Abstract
Kristy Wright is President and CEO of VNA Services and Foundation, Western Pa, a large diversified free-standing home health organization. Kristy has 23 years of experience in the home health industry, beginning her home health career as an ET Nurse in private practice and eventually moving into administration. She has presented nationally on various healthcare, home health, and marketing topics and has testified to state and federal Congressional committees. In addition to her speaking activities, she publishes frequently in professional journals and publications. Kristy was selected as the 2002 Home Care Executive of the Year and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She also sits on several Boards and Advisory Committees for the National Association of Home Care, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Home Medical Equipment Association of America, and the Pennsylvania Association of Home Health Agencies.
