Abstract

The book of Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Al-Arabi collects a sufficient repertoire of fundamentalist rules that are frequently mentioned in the course of his explanation of Fiqh issues as the origin on which he built those branches, and in the event that extrapolating those fundamentalist rules and choices and it happened that it needed longer research and more time, so this paper was shortened and talked about the three Origins, namely the book and it is based on it, all according to what was mentioned in the book of fundamentalist phrases and branches of jurisprudence, and then concluded with a number of findings and recommendations.
