Abstract
This article aims to analyze the fundament of citizenship in the field of social construction of the subjects and their relations about the critical-reflective for the formative status of the subjects, theories in the field of citizenship and their perceptions in favor of a structural contract or consolidated status to the subjects. The methodology applied to the theme permeates the bibliographic research of qualitative nature, justifying the discussion proposed for the formation process of the subjects for the collectivity.
