Abstract

The conducted researches showed that keratinophilic fungi - <i>Trichophyton</i> (with <i>Arthroderma</i>), <i>Chrysosporium</i> and <i>Ctenomyces</i> - manifested a distinct preference to rich humus soils,characterized by a smaller amount of silt and clay particles and neutral or slight alkaline reaction.
