Abstract

The principles of ideology are the pretended goals of political action. In fact greater attention paid to the principles of organisation is likely to provide a better understanding of present social dynamics. A ‘fourth power’, acting through the pressure of an enlightened public opinion on the decision-making of existing organisational bodies, independent of the state, would ensure that the present long-range effect of political and industrial decision-making would be in accordance with the political ideas accepted by the public.
