Abstract
The Fourth International Conference on Ultra-Wideband and Ultra-Short Impulse Signals (UWBUSIS'08) was held in the beautiful Crimea city of great ancient history, Sevastopol, Ukraine, September 15–19, 2008. The venue of the conference was one of the largest technical universities of Ukraine, Sevastopol National Technical University. Reports about the previous meetings can be found in the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Magazine, December 2002, pp. 92–94, and February 2005, pp. 193–196.
