Abstract
The discussion on the production of prompt photons with p T ≈ few GeV in the tagged processes ep → eγX with small Q 2 at HERA is presented. Photons produced in the forward (proton) direction are mainly coming from subprocesses involving interaction of the gluonic content of the initial photon. Therefore a possibility of extracting a gluonic density of the real and of the virtual photon arises. The BFKL approach to the description of the forward photon production is shortly discussed.
