Abstract

The magnetization of 2D high-temperature superconductors with internal ferromagnetic defects under application of transport current and external dc magnetic field was studied by using Monte Carlo method. The current-voltage characteristics were obtained. The S-type nonlinearity of current-voltage characteristics of the superconductor/ferromagnet system in external magnetic field due to the local reversal magnetization of magnetic particles by the field of vortices was analyzed in detail. The formation of magnetic flux domains and the wave of defects magnetization during vortex flow were demonstrated.
