Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which various factors influence the entrepreneurial intentions of young people in Hanoi, based on 372 survey responses. The study also examined factors such as initial capital and self-confidence, finding that they do not significantly impact entrepreneurial intentions. One of the significant factors identified is the influence of startup experience. Additionally, institutional support plays a significant role in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of young individuals in Hanoi. The study's results highlight key policy implications for both policymakers and educational institutions.
